Leadership & Well-being Coaching

For purpose-driven leaders who want to sustain both their well-being and impact through change.

Leadership can ask a lot of you.

You may be navigating a period of change or transition, carrying significant responsibility, experiencing tension between your impact and your wellbeing, or looking for greater clarity and confidence about how you move forward.

My leadership coaching creates space to step back, reflect and reconnect with what matters.

Alongside goals, decisions and performance, there is space to explore wellbeing, identity, meaning, values, authenticity and courage. I work with both the leadership challenge in front of you and the person behind the role.

“After each session, I left with practical tools and options to apply, which I’ve found useful and have continued to use.”

Purpose-driven Leader, UK

Coaching may be helpful if you are...

  • Navigating organisational change or a personal/professional transition

  • Carrying significant responsibility through uncertainty

  • Feeling stretched between the impact you want to create and the energy you have available

  • Experiencing a loss of clarity, direction or confidence

  • Facing a decision you have been struggling to make

  • Questioning how you want to lead in the next phase of your work

  • Wanting to lead sustainably without losing connection to yourself

  • Looking for space to think beyond the immediate demands of your role

What you can gain from coaching

Clarity

Develop a clearer understanding of what is happening, what matters most and where your attention is needed.

Confidence

Strengthen self-trust and the courage to make choices and lead in ways that feel authentic to you.

Action

Translate insight into meaningful decisions, conversations, boundaries and next steps.

Sustainability

Develop ways of leading and working that support both your wellbeing and the impact you want to create.

Across all four is a deeper aim:

More alignment between who you are, what matters to you and how you choose to lead.

Ways to work with me

Focused coaching

3 sessions over 1-2 months

  • For a specific transition, leadership challenge, decision or question where you want focused space to gain perspective and move forward.

Deeper coaching partnership

6 sessions over approximately 3 months

  • A deeper coaching container for leaders who want sustained support over a period of change, growth, or reflection.

All options can be extended where continued coaching would be useful. All sessions take place online.

How I coach

My approach is person-centred, reflective and practical.

I create space to slow down, notice what may be difficult to see when you are caught up in the demands of everyday work, and explore what is really asking for your attention.

Through active listening, reflective and appreciative inquiry and thoughtful challenge, I support you to recognise patterns, reconnect with your values, strengthen self-trust and move from insight towards meaningful action.

Leadership that considers the whole self

I work with the person behind the leadership role.

Alongside goals, decisions and performance, there is space to consider questions of wellbeing, identity, meaning, relationships, authenticity and courage.

Leadership and change in context

I also bring an organisational lens to coaching.

My background in organisational development, change, learning, process improvement and programme management means I understand that leaders do not operate in isolation. Their choices are shaped by systems, relationships, culture, expectations and the wider context in which they are leading.

Wellbeing as part of how we lead

I do not treat wellbeing as separate from leadership or as something to address only when things become unsustainable.

The intention is not simply to help you cope with demanding environments but to help you develop ways of leading that allow both your wellbeing and your impact to be sustained.

“I found that the space created by the sessions allowed me to see what was holding me back and helped me move through not only the actions I needed to take but to take a different approach, and to gain a fresh perspective.”

Coaching for organisations

Leadership and Wellbeing Coaching is also available to organisations that want to support leaders through change, strengthen leadership capability and encourage more sustainable ways of working.

It can be particularly useful for:

  • people managers, mid-level and senior leaders navigating change

  • leaders carrying increased responsibility or pressure

  • leaders who need greater clarity, confidence or resilience

  • organisations wanting to strengthen leadership capability alongside wellbeing

Coaching can be offered as a standalone leadership development intervention or integrated into wider leadership, change, facilitation or organisational development work.

Organisations can choose between the same 3-session focused coaching and 6-session deeper coaching partnership.

Where helpful, an optional sponsor-alignment conversation can be included at the start to clarify the broad purpose and objectives of the coaching.

The coaching relationship itself remains confidential. Evaluation can include participant self-assessment, end-of-engagement reflection and anonymised themes where appropriate.

About me

I am an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and professionally trained to PCC level.

My wider work spans organisational development, change, leadership development, facilitation and wellbeing. I also draw on experience as a mindfulness mentor and yoga teacher, alongside my Doctorate in Engineering from the University of Warwick, where my research focused on innovation and organisational learning.

At the heart of my work is a belief that:

Life is learning to change and learning how to be in a world of constant change.

Coaching provides space to do both.
